TV Ceiling Mounts customized for You!
Angled, vaulted, unistrut, exposed beam, or fourteen feet up — ten of the 23 mounts below are built to order: pick a ceiling plate and a drop from flush to 71″, then keep going past 71″ with add-on pipes for warehouses and atriums. Any screen, 10″–90″, on any ceiling.
First question we'd ask you on the phone. What is the ceiling like?
All 23 TV Ceiling Mounts
Two choices on the product page:
1. CEILING PLATE — flat, angled/cathedral, unistrut, heavy-duty, or beam clamp.
2. MAST DROP — flush 0″ up to 71″ telescoping.
Five plates × any drop your room needs — one aluminum-and-steel system, shipped same or next business day. Look for the BUILT TO ORDER badge.
Call (800) 585-8795 and describe what's up there. A real person who's been matching plates to ceilings since 2003 will name the exact mount, plate, and drop — usually in under five minutes.
Outfitting a whole bar, gym, or clinic? Same number — read us the screen list and we'll spec and quote the lot in one call.
Two choices. That’s the whole system.
Every mount here is three parts — ceiling plate, mast, head. On the 10 BUILT TO ORDER mounts, you choose the first two right on the product page. Same two dropdowns you'll see there; nothing else to figure out.
Choice 1 — Your ceiling plate
Flat Plate
Standard flat ceilings: joists, drywall, concrete. The default — most jobs end here.
Angled / Cathedral Adapter
Takes up the slope on pitched, vaulted, and A-frame ceilings so the mast hangs plumb and the screen sits level. No shims, no guesswork.
Unistrut Adapter
Bolts to standard strut channel and suspended-grid structure. The commercial answer: bars, gyms, clinics, signage runs.
Heavy-Duty Plate
Welded steel with a larger footprint. Big screens, hard duty.
Beam Clamp
Grips an exposed beam instead of drilling through it. Currently offered on the Double Stack multi-screen mount — need it elsewhere, call first.
Choice 2 — Your drop
From “No Mast” — where you pick the masts, to a 71″ telescoping mast for vaulted great rooms and high retail ceilings.
Need more than 71″? That's the longest single mast, not the limit. Pick No Mast and build any drop from 1½″ NPT pipe + couplers, or add a 10″, 20″, or 30″ extension (each ships with its own coupler) to a standard mast. Everything shares the same 1½″ NPT thread, so it stacks to whatever your ceiling needs — call and we'll spec the exact stack.
How to pick: measure from the ceiling to where you want the center of the screen. Masts adjust inside their range, so close is good enough. Standard rooms usually land 20–36″; high and vaulted ceilings run 48″ and up.

Drop is measured from the ceiling plate to roughly the center of the screen. The drop ranges shown aren't fixed steps — hang it flush (“No Mast”), choose a preset mast, or combine 1½″ NPT extension pipes for any length in between, or past 71″ for tall commercial ceilings. You pick the exact drop on the product page.
The whole system runs on industry-standard 1½″ NPT pipe — plates, masts, and extensions all interchange and are sold separately, so the mount you buy today reconfigures for the next job.

Straight answers
Sloped, vaulted, or cathedral ceiling — will the TV hang straight?
Yes — that's the angled/cathedral plate's whole job. It takes up the slope so the mast hangs plumb and the screen sits level. Pick it on any BUILT TO ORDER mount, or tap [Angled / Cathedral] above.
Commercial job on unistrut or a suspended grid?
The unistrut plate bolts straight to standard strut channel. Spec or volume question — call (800) 585-8795 and read us the screen list.
Built to order — doesn't that mean slow?
No. Your configuration is assembled from stocked aluminum-and-steel components and ships same or next business day. It's an assembly step, not a manufacturing lead time.
How do I pick a mast drop?
Measure from the ceiling to where you want the center of the screen. Masts adjust inside their range — close is good enough. Stuck between two lengths? That's a two-minute phone call.
Ceiling taller than a 71″ drop? (warehouse, gym, atrium)
71″ is the longest single mast — not the limit. For more, pick No Mast and build any length from 1½″ NPT pipe and couplers, or add a 10″, 20″, or 30″ extension (each comes with its own coupler) to a standard mast. Everything uses the same industry-standard 1½″ NPT thread, so it stacks to whatever height you've got. Not sure how many pieces to combine? Read us the ceiling height — (800) 585-8795 — or email sales@videomountstore.com.
Two or more screens?
Three ways: Back-to-Back dual, 32–88″, from $219.95 · Double Wide side-by-side, 32–55″, from $269.95 · Double Stack for 2+ screens from $299.95 — the one with the beam-clamp option. Bars, gyms, and signage live here.
It's midnight / the line's closed. Now what?
The chips above are the same questions we'd ask you on the phone — your build still ships same or next business day. Or email a photo of your ceiling to sales@videomountstore.com; we answer those too.
