This option is not a complete mount — you'll still need a mast or extension to connect the mount to the ceiling plate. Remember the mount + plate already add ~8″ of drop, so size your pipe accordingly.
Shop masts & extensions →Measure from where the plate mounts on the ceiling down to about the middle of the TV screen. That total is your drop. Each option fine-tunes in 1" increments.

How do I find my TV’s pattern?
Find the four threaded holes on the back of your TV and measure between them — left-to-right and top-to-bottom, center to center. Round to the nearest inch. Or check your TV’s manual, or search “[your model] VESA pattern”.
